DAY 1 USA-ROME:
Overnight flight to Rome from U.S.A.

DAY 2 : Rome night sightseeing
Arrive at Rome's International airport. Upon arrival, you will be met and assisted by a Yona Tours representative. Then transfer to your hotel. (Please note that check-in at the hotel is usually after 3:00 PM). After dinner, enjoy a panoramic night bus sightseeing tour through the most interesting avenues and squares of the city and spectacular illuminated sights. Then drop off at your hotel.

DAY 3 : ROME
Today walk around the remains of the imposing ancient buildings and get an insight into the life of Roman society, their beliefs, and their social and political life. Visit Piazza Navona, one of the largest squares in the city. Then visit Pantheon, the immaculately preserved and seemingly just a few centuries old building, it isn't easy to believe that the structure was finished in AD 128 by Emperor Hadrian. No trip to Rome is complete without a visit to the Trevi Fountain, perhaps the most spectacular fountain in Rome. Built at the end of one of the famed aqueducts that supplied the Roman empire with water. Then enjoy some free time for shopping. Next visit the “Colosseum”. The grandest amphitheater in the world will amaze you! The arena floor is where Gladiators fought and died in the Colosseum. As you marvel at the great amphitheater around you, your guide will tell stories that will transport you back nearly 2,000 years when vicious sports were the most popular form of entertainment in Rome. Visit the Arch of Titus, a triumphal arch built in Rome to commemorate the victory of the Roman general, later emperor, Titus, in the Jewish War of 66-74 CE.


DAY 4 : Rome
Today we added the new attraction to our tour “Villa D'Este” in the town of Tivoli. As you explore the grounds of the “Villa D'Este”, your guide will tell you about the history and development of the villa, considered one of the most enchanting sites of the late Italian Renaissance. Once the home of Lucrezia Borgia's son, it is renowned for its spectacular gardens and trees, as well as its waterfalls and fountains, such as the Fontana dell'Ovato and Le Cento Fontane (The Hundred Fountains). Then visit Grand Synagogue and museum of Rome. The Great Synagogue of Rome is large and impressive, dominating the square where it sits, and is of a very eclectic style with the only squared dome in the city. There is a Gallery of Antique Marbles from the synagogues of the ghetto, and a fascinating collection of textiles from the fifteenth to the nineteenth centuries. There are silver liturgical objects, bound prayer books, and eighteenth-century lamps, jugs, Ark keys, and bowls. Today, instead of dinner, have a famous Italian dairy lunch. Then visit Vatican City or have some free time for shopping in Rome’s local streets. A dress code is required to enter the Vatican. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women.


DAY 5: Florence
Drive north to Florence. We will have a guided tour of the amazing city of Florence which includes the magnificent Santa Croce Galileo and Machiavelli. Start your walking tour through Piazza Signoria, pass by Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. Continue through Republic Square to the Santa Maria del Fiore 13th century cathedral. Florence is a shopper's paradise, offering a wide range of experiences from high-end designer boutiques to vibrant street markets. Key areas include Via del Corso for a variety of goods, the San Lorenzo Market for leather and souvenirs. Visit “Piazzale Michelangelo” the place that offers panoramic views of Florence and the Arno valley and is a popular spot with locals and tourists. Then into your hotel in Florence. After dinner transfer to your hotel.


DAY 6 : Pisa-Florence
Experiencing one of the most memorable sights in Europe, some even say it is one of the Seven Wonders of the World. The leaning tower of Pisa, a sublime accident, an icon of cityscape beauty. We will tell you why the tower was created, why it’s leaning and what’s being done to save it from toppling over into obscurity. Time permitting, we will take you for a short stop by the beach (Don’t forget to bring your swimsuit if you are planning on going to the beach). We will go back to Florence and have some time for preparation of shabbat. Then return to your hotel and prepare for shabbat services and dinner.

DAY 7 : Florence
We will walk to the beautiful grand synagogue of Florence for praying and visiting. Today, we will serve lunch instead of dinner. By afternoon, have some rest before our very compressed tour begins next week.

DAY 8 : Venice
Today we will take a fast speed train to the amazing city of Venice. Introduction to Venice begins with a walking tour highlighting all the important monuments, from San Marco Square to the Rialto Bridge. We will spend the day in Venice – the most romantic city. You'll learn the history behind the famous landmarks, including the basilica's Byzantine heritage and the adjoining prisons of the Doge's Palace. Then we will get a ferry to one of Venice’s most famous squares, “Piazza San Marco”. Called the “Drawing Room of the World”, it is arguably one of Italy’s most famous tourist destinations.

DAY 9 : Venice-Paris
Today we will fly to Paris. Experience a Panoramic tour of Paris with most remarkable sights and landmarks. Pass by (outside) the Opera Garnier, the famous opera house, and the Place Vendôme, Paris’ most luxurious square, the Cathedral of Notre Dame. See the Place de la Concorde in all its glory, Champs-Élysées, Paris’ most beautiful and famous avenue. Dinner and overnight in Paris.

DAY 10 : Paris
Today, enjoy spectacular views of Paris from a panoramic viewpoint of the Eiffel Tower from the second floor. Have a panoramic city tour of Paris city like, Opéra, Place Vendôme, Concorde Square, Arch of Triumph, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and Pantheon. Then we will visit Champs-Elysées Ave for some free shopping time. From the Arc de Triomphe to the Champs-Elysées roundabout, the most beautiful avenue in the world boasts an array of shops and stores interspersed with restaurants and cafés. Afterwards, experience the grandeur of Versailles Palace. The Palace of Versailles, known in French as the Château de Versailles, was the royal palace in Versailles for over one hundred years until the King moved back to Paris. It is still a symbol of absolute monarchy in France. Dinner and overnight in Paris.


DAY 11 PARIS:
Today, our Louvre Museum walking tour begins with a stroll through the commercial area of the museum. The visit continues inside the museum where our guide presents various sections such as the medieval fortress, the modern pyramid, the Egyptian department, and the most reputed masterpieces such as the "Mona Lisa" by Leonardo da Vinci. Then enjoy a unique personal shopping experience during your free time! Paris is the world capital of fashion. In “Galleries Lafayette” you can find luxury brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior and Yves Saint Laurent. You can also find many more reasonably priced shops such as Zara, Mango, Desutti, and Uniqlo. There are items with affordable prices in Paris, enough to satisfy even the most modest budgets. Discover the history of Paris with the cruise of the River Seine with your audio guide. Then after dinner we will head to see the sparkling lights of the Eiffel Tower. By night, the Eiffel Tower puts on a series of miniature light shows that add extra sparkle to the golden lighting. These sparkling lights make the tower twinkle for 3 minutes, every hour between sundown and 1 AM. It takes 20,000 light bulbs installed one-by-one over the course of five months to produce this effect.


DAY 12 USA:
We will transfer you to the airport for your return flight home. Our tour concludes, and we say goodbye to our new friends. Arrive at JFK or LAX airport. Plan your next trip with Yona Tours.
