SUNDAY (Day, 1): U.S.A -Netherland
Fly from U.S.A to Amsterdam capital of the Netherlands.
One of the most popular travel destinations in Europe, Amsterdam is a compact, charming and cosmopolitan city that invites exploration. Known as the “Venice of the North” for its more than 100 canals, the capital of the Netherlands offers sight-seeing adventures by foot, bike and boat. From the city’s fine art museums to its colorful flower there’s something exciting and unique to discover in Amsterdam at every turn.
MONDAY (Day, 2): Amsterdam
Arrive in Amsterdam to be met and assisted by your guide at the airport. Then we depart for our guided tour of Amsterdam. Drive through the rich history and culture of this city. Visit the world-famous Portuguese Synagogue. This building was constructed in the years 1671 to 1675, about 75 years after the first Sephardi Jews arrived in the Netherlands, refugees from the persecutions of the Inquisition in Spain and Portugal. This synagogue and the Gerard Dou Synagogue were the only two such buildings in Amsterdam to emerge unscathed from World War II. After the war the remnant of Sephardi Jews started to use the building once again and in the 1950s and 1990s it underwent complete renovation. Then we will check in at our hotel. Check in time in hotel starts at 3:00 PM. After some rest in the hotel we depart for dinner and sightseeing of city at night. Visit one of the coziest neighborhoods of Amsterdam, the Jordaan. Then transfer to hotel.
TUESDAY (Day, 3): Amsterdam
Today we start with visiting Van Gogh Museum. Widely regarded as one of the world's most important art galleries (it's also the second most visited museum in the Netherlands), it opened to great acclaim in 1973 and houses the world's largest collection of Van Gogh paintings. Visit the famous floating flower market and enjoy all the colorful flowers with wonderful smells. One of the most unique features of the flower market in Amsterdam is the fact that it is floating on the Single Canal. Then visit the Anne Frank Museum that is dedicated to the all-too-short life of one of the world's best-known Holocaust victims. In the actual home in which Anne's family hid for much of WWII - they were Jewish refugees from the German city of Frankfurt - it was here that Anne wrote the diary that became an international bestseller after the war, just a few years after her death at age 15 (she died just two months before the war ended). Much of the home has been kept as it was during Anne's time, and it serves as a poignant monument to a tragic period of history. Afterward continue our tours with a visit to Heineken beer Experience Established in 1864, Heineken is now one of the world’s biggest beer producers. The lighthearted, fun, historical tour takes a quick 90 minutes. The Heineken Experience ticket includes two beers. A canal cruise is an absolute must during your stay in Amsterdam! Amsterdam is a city of water and its 100 canals and 1,000 bridges are famous throughout the world. All cruise boats have panoramic roofs and This is a must for any Amsterdam tourist.
WEDNESDAY (Day, 4): Split
A visit to Amsterdam and the Netherlands would not be complete without having seen the lovely Dutch countryside. Journey from Amsterdam on an informative tour of the picturesque Dutch countryside. Visit one of the most popular destinations outside of Amsterdam, the windmills of Zaanse Schans, and see its typical green-timbered houses and warehouses. Visit Vondel park that serves as a popular gathering spot for locals and tourists. It’s a place where people can relax, play sports on the grass, bike along pathways and enjoy a herring sandwich or Dutch beer at one of the park’s horeca facilities. Then transfer to Airport for your flight to Croatia. Bring your swimwear and beachwear to take full advantage of the warm climate! Enjoy a free evening in Split.
THURSDAY (Day, 5): Split
Discover Split, one of the most beautiful medieval cities on the Mediterranean, on a private walking tour. Visit the Franciscan Monastery, Onofrio's Fountains, and the Bell Tower. Take a stroll along Stradun, the city’s centuries-old main promenade. The old city is surrounded by more than a mile of walls, with a tower at each corner. Then in midday have some free time to enjoy the beach. Dubrovnik is a Mediterranean resort in south Croatia, where August is the sunniest and driest month of the year. Average daily temperatures soar to 28°C (about 82°F) and only reach as low as 16°C (about 62°F). Then by afternoon have a walking tour of the old city of Dubrovnik, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979. Starting at Pile Gate, you’ll walk along the city’s elegant main street and see its most important sights.
FRIDAY (Day, 6): Zadar-Zagreb
Transfer to airport for your flight to capital city Zagreb. check in at your hotel for preparation of Shabbat. After praying enjoy Shabbat dinner.
SATURDAY (Day, 7): Zagreb
Shabbat in Zagreb. We will walk to Zagreb synagogue for praying and visiting. Then by afternoon after Shabbat lunch enjoy short walking tour of Zagreb. Discover top attractions including the Lotrščak Tower, the Stone Gate and the seat of the Croatian Parliament. Then, descend via Tkalčićeva Street to the Lower Town and head through Dolac Market to medieval Kaptol. Admire traditional architecture in Ban Jelačić Square, then finish in the pretty surroundings of Zrinjevac Park.
SUNDAY (Day, 8): Plitvice Lakes National Park
Lose yourself in the stunning wilderness of the UNESCO-listed “Plitvice Lakes National Park” on this full-day trip from Zagreb.

MONDAY (Day, 9): Lubljana
Drive to “Ljubljana” The capital of Slovenia. Tour the center of the city and visit the thousand-year-old fortress. Pass the Franciscan Cathedral and see the Rivers fountain, stroll along the Triple Bridge, the Dragon Bridge and shop in the colorful market. Walk the street of the Jews with its ancient synagogue, which was the heart of the Jewish quarter of the city. Then visit “Postojna Caves” the largest and most beautiful stalactite caves in the world. Take a fascinating journey to the underground world to see magnificent lighted caverns and lighted stalactite and stalagmites formations.
TUESDAY (Day, 10): Budapest
We start driving North to Budapest. One the way stopping on scenic lake Balaton. The Danube follows a roughly north-south route through the middle of the city, separating Buda from Pest.
Discover the major landmarks of both Buda and Pest in the city that straddles east and west. Trace this nation’s stormy history at Heroes Square. Tour the lavishly decorated Hungarian Parliament building. Cross the Danube and ascend Castle Hill. Take in the breathtaking views from Fisherman’s Bastion with its sensational views of the city. Enjoy a free evening in Budapest. In the monumental Royal Palace, visit the Budapest History Museum to put the rest of your visit in context. Stroll Buda’s lovely winding streets to Matthias, where you can admire the lavishly frescoed interior and the Hungarian crown jewels. Outside you’ll find Fisherman’s Bastion with its whimsical turrets and. Head back south to Gellert Hill, a charming landscaped hillside full of impressive monuments.
WEDNESDAY (Day, 11): Budapest
Today travel through Budapest’s historic Jewish Quarter on a walking tour and learn about the community that remains active there today. The Essential Tour will begin with a step inside the biggest synagogue in Europe, the Dohány Street Synagogue. While inside you’ll explore the Jewish Museum, which hosts an impressive exhibit of pieces from Hungarian and Eastern European artists. You’ll pass through the old Jewish Quarter, once a ghetto during the Second World War, as well as Heroes’ Temple, which pays homage to lives lost during WWI. Then Admire the Gozsdu Courtyard, an old passageway currently converted into bustling bars and restaurants and popular with locals and visitors alike. Then after dinner enjoy an optional folklore dancing show. Delight in over an hour of music and dancing at a Hungarian folk performance in Budapest. Each group comprises 30 of the best artists in the country and guarantees a riveting show. The choreography derives from the dances and Hungarian folklore of village life hundreds of years ago. Your traditional folk performance will not only entertain, but will leave you with a richer understanding of Hungary’s culture through the music, steps and vibrant costumes. The show lasts around 90 minutes with a fifteen-minute intermission.
Thursday (Day, 12): Transfer
