Arrive today at Ataturk Istanbul international airport. Upon arrival, you will be met and assisted by Yona Tours representatives. Then, transfer to your hotel. (Please note that check in at hotels is usually after 3:00 PM). After dinner, enjoy panoramic sightseeing by night through the most interesting avenues and squares of the city and spectacular illuminated sights. Then, drop-off at your hotel. Visit “Hagia Sophia”, where 1500 years of Christian and Islamic history can be seen side-by-side. Wonder at the incredible height of the famous dome and the amazing architecture, see the glittering remains of the original gold mosaics and learn about the history of this icon of Istanbul. Next visit “Galata Tower”. It is a symbolic landmark of Istanbul and is a tourist hotspot. The topmost floor of the tower is known for the stellar 360-degree panoramic views of the city. From here you can enjoy the breathtaking skyline of Istanbul, including the Golden Horn, the Bosphorus, and the Historical Peninsula. Afterwards visit “Neve Shalom Synagogue”. The synagogue was built in response to an increase in the Jewish population in the old Galata neighborhood in the late 1930s. Neve Shalom is the central and largest Sephardic synagogue in Istanbul, open to service especially on Shabbats, High Holidays, bar mitzvahs, and weddings. Then, take a relaxing Bosphorus Cruise. Cross the Bosphorus Bridge, a unique chance to step from one continent, Asia, to another, Europe. (Dinner and overnight in Istanbul).

Visit “Dolmabahçe Palace” with its elegant four courts. Explore the “the Dolmabahçe Palace” which is the last, biggest, and most costly royal residence of the sultans and the imperial family of the Ottoman Empire. Gaze in awe at the mesmerizing view of the Bosphorus Strait. It was the residence of the last six Ottoman Sultans, and Ataturk, the founder of the Turkish Republic. The white marble Dolmabahce palace has a basic European baroque style architecture with oriental texture.
After dinner in istanbul transfer to the airport. Then fly to Bodrum and have a short sightseeing tour of the beautiful city of Bodrum. Afterward return to your hotel. (Dinner in Istanbul).

DAY, 6: Bodrum Boat Tour

Looming over the seafront along Bodrum harbor, Bodrum Castle is not just a historic landmark—the medieval ruins also house the Bodrum Museum of Underwater Archaeology. DAY, 7: SHABBAT Relax in Bodrum

Today relax in your hotel as time is at your leisure. Enjoy the hotel’s leisure facilities. By evening, explore the old town. And we have lunch in Bodrum.(Lunch)

DAY, 8: Hierapolis & Pamukkale

When we reach the slopes of the white mountain and enter the cultural area of Pamukkale, we make our first visit here to the ancient city of Hierapolis. We will visit this ancient city, which is at the highest point of Pamukkale Mountain, with our experienced guides. Then visit “Pamukkale” thermal water and have free time to explore Pamukkale. You can examine the naturally occurring Pamukkale travertines and terraces, enter the white mud and benefit from the thermal waters. When you get tired of walking, you can enter the hot and healing waters of the Cleopatra Pool, which is fed by the city's hot springs.

DAY, 9: Ephesus & Izmir

Visit one of the UNESCO listed places that is Ancient City of Ephesus, walk on the streets. see the Grand Theatre of Ephesus that St. Paul preached to Ephesians, take excellent pictures in front of Celsus Library, explore Roman Baths, Temple of Hadrian, Marble Street, Agora, etc. See superb, preserved Terrace Houses that were for the rich people during the Roman time in Ephesus, famous for their unique mosaic and frescos. (Dinner and overnight in Izmir).

DAY, 10: Cappadocia

Catch your domestic flight to Ankara. Travel to Cappadocia. Get an insider’s view of Cappadocia’s most iconic spots on a trip from Istanbul. Walk in the land of fairy chimneys. Start with a visit to the Goreme Open Air Museum, a cave city in the Goreme Valley. See rock-cut churches, kitchens, and wineries left by Anatolian Christians. Gaze at Byzantine frescos at this UNESCO World Heritage Site and learn about its history. Next, make your way to Devrent Valley, famous for its animal-shaped rocks. Continue to Pasabagi Valley or Monks Valley to enjoy the wonderful landscape. Make your way to Avanos Village, the region known for its pottery, silk, wool, and carpet weaving, wine cultivation, and agriculture. See the natural as well as human-made masterpieces of this charming old town. After sightseeing, be driven to your hotel. Spend the night in Cappadocia in cave hotel.

DAY, 11: Cappadocia on hot-air balloon & Ankara

Experience an optional tour of the sunrise over the rocky valleys of Cappadocia from above on a hot-air balloon flight and end your experience with a champagne celebration. Discover the best way to view this land of rocky valleys, underground cities, and legendary landscapes. Follow your licensed crew on board the balloon basket as it bloats with hot air and becomes very big. Hold on as your balloon rises between 500 and 1000 meters above the ground. Then visit Rose and Red Valley, an incredibly unique area of Cappadocia with sharp ridges, tinted in pink, especially during sunset. Go off the beaten path to visit Cavusin. See its famous rock churches. Next, enjoy a tour of Pigeon Valley, named after the countless man-made dovecotes or pigeon houses carved into the soft volcanic tuff. DAY, 12: ANKARA - U.S.A.

In the morning have panoramic sightseeing of Ankara. Afterward explore the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations. Discover remains from the Stone and Neolithic ages and learn about the Hittites, Phygians and Uratians as you venture into the past.Transfer to the airport for your return flight.
